01. Service Authorization

By accessing FLOOR1.ai ("The Platform"), you authorize autonomous agents to perform binding actions on your behalf within connected environments.

02. Liability Structure

You function as the CEO of your instance. While our agents suggest and execute strategies (SEO clustering, ad spend allocation, email outreach), final fiscal responsibility resides with the user. The "Approvals" mechanism in your Inbox is your primary fail-safe.

03. Subscription & Scaling

Department tiers are billed monthly. Scaling compute resources for "Heavy Logic" tasks (e.g., video rendering, large-scale data scraping) may incur overage fees as outlined in the Tycoon Economics ledger.
